Various Chamber member businesses plus the Chamber office will participate in the Open House. Get in the Christmas Spirit and support our community as you shop locally. Our City's Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony is also scheduled for Saturday, 12/04/10. Our program will feature Christmas music and other holiday activities. Watch the skies - I'm sure if you look, you'll see Santa arrive!

Grand Marshall: 2010 Hueytown Area Christmas Parade
Mr. George M. (Butch) Wilson has graciously agreed to represent the Hueytown Chamber as Grand Marshall in our upcoming Christmas Parade.
Mr. Wilson is a member of the 1959 H.H.S. Championship team; a University of Alabama standout 1960-1962 including the 1961 National Championship team. He continued his career with the Baltimore Colts from 1963-1967 and with the N.Y. Giants 1968-1969. Upon returning to the Hueytown/Bessemer area, “Butch” opened a chain of sporting goods stores. He has, and continues to be, a dedicated supporter of the City of Hueytown and its athletic programs.

Chamber Luncheon: Wednesday, Nov 17th
The monthly luncheon will be Wednesday, November 17, Time: 12 noon; Location: Brooklane Community Center. Our guest speaker will be Officer Hickey, H.P.D. He will speak on the Neighborhood Watch program as it applies to Business. Our meetings are open to all and you do not have to be a Chamber member to attend.
