Tornado Relief Support Magnet: Pleasant Grove / Tuscaloosa

With the many disasters in the news it is difficult to maintain people's view of the problems still faced by the tornado victims in our Area (Concord/Pleasant Grove) and Tuscaloosa.   Requests have been received for tornado support relief magnets to help support the Alabama tornado victims and keep a focus on the rebuilding.

The magnets are now available for purchase through the Facebook site: Tuscaloosa and Pleasant Grove Support Ribbon Magnets.  They are also available through the The Hueytown Area Chamber of Commerce. The magnets are a perfect 8x4" size to place on autos and are available in two colors:   Tuscaloosa displays Houndstooth check with vibrant Red script/date  and the Pleasant Grove magnet features both high school's colors of a rich Purple and Gold/date.

Magnets are $10 each with a portion of proceeds from each sale going to the Red Cross to assist in funding Alabama tornado relief.  Purchase one for each side of your car to help remind everyone as you travel around the city and state,of the work that has taken place, our victims still suffering and the work remaining to be done.

The Hueytown Area Chamber of Commerce will have a supply of these items on hand beginning Wednesday, June 1.  For additional information please contact the Chamber office at 491-8039, email the Chamber, or  visit Tuscaloosa and Pleasant Grove Support Ribbon Magnets on Facebook for additional information.
