Teen Defensive Driving Course through AAA Alabama: Thursday, July 10th

Parents - in addition to the the first 12 months of solo driving being the most dangerous for teen drivers, the first 100 days of summer are the most dangerous of the dangerous time for teen drivers. Sixteen-year-old drivers have higher crash rates than drivers of any other age. The crash rate per mile driven is twice as high for 16-year-old drivers as it is for drivers ages 18 and 19 and three times that of drivers 20 y/o and older. If you would like your teen to gain additional defensive driving instruction, AAA Alabama is offering a Defensive Driving course on Thursday, July 10th from 8 am - 5 pm.

The class is $25 for AAA members and $30 for non-members. Registration is required - please call (205) 444-8882
