Driving Class at Hueytown High School: Monday, July 13th

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office will conduct a Teen Driving Course at Hueytown High School on Monday, July 13th. The class is FREE! This class is a hands on learning experience designed to demonstrate to our students the dangers associated with driving while distracted.   The only two requirements are: 1)  student is enrolled in a Jefcoed School, and 2) they have a valid Learners Permit or Driver's License the day of the class. Participants are asked to fill out an application available in the Main Office or from www.jefcoed.com/teendriving and return it to the main office as soon as possible.  Walkups the day of the class will be accepted if there are any spaces available.  Students should arrive no later than 8:15 a.m. They will also need to bring a lunch or snack.  For other teen driving class dates in the area, please check the website.
Completed forms can be faxed to 379-2330. If faxed, please be sure to indicate HHS (if that is where your student will attend) in the space provided.
