The 2013 Hueytown Area Chamber of Commerce / City of Hueytown Annual Dinner was held on Thursday, May 9th. The evening began with a Social Hour for networking and seeing friends. We were honored to have Miss Alabama 2012, Anna Laura Bryan, in attendance and our Emcee. Anna Laura relayed her work with P.A.W.S. for Autism: People and Animals Working
Side-by-Side along with her Autism platform plans once her Miss Alabama reign is complete.
Our dinner speaker, Coach Scott Cochran, Strength and Conditioning Coach of the University of Alabama, provided a great motivational talk instrumental for all attendees. In addition Coach Cochran relayed his daily focus to prepare athletes not only for the gridiron, but also for life beyond football.
Please consider the annual dinner next year! Membership in the Chamber and residency is not a requirement to attend.
