Celebrate the "Power of Purple" next week! Participate in the Chamber's "Paint the Town Purple Challenge" Sept 23-27, 2013

Businesses and groups in the Hueytown Area - join the Hueytown Area Chamber of Commerce in celebrating Homecoming week in Hueytown.  Participate in our "Paint the Town Purple Challenge" and join in the Hueytown High School Homecoming Parade!  Homecoming week is Sept 23-27, 2013.  Hueytown's Homecoming game will be against the Pleasant Grove Spartans on Friday night, Sept 27th at the new Hueytown High School Stadium, 15th Street Road in Hueytown.

Do you need to be a Chamber member to participate?  No.... What do you need to do to participate?  Its easy!!    Determine your theme, decorate your business and offices in Hueytown High School's colors - Purple and Gold.  Then contact Rebecca at the Chamber and let her know your business/group would like to participate and be judged.  Even if you don't want  to be in the competition, contact the Chamber so we can recognize your participation.

The winning business/group will receive a $ 50 prize, will be named at the Hueytown High School Pep Rally and Bonfire to be held at Gilmore-Vines Stadium on Thursday night, Sept 26th and recognized on the Chamber's communication board.

Remember - any business or business group is eligible so get those ideas rolling and start decorating!
