Do you wonder what takes place at the annual Hueytown Area Chamber Banquet? In addition to enjoying a fantastic speaker and a great meal, we also recognize those throughout the community that have made a significant impact over the past year.
Two of the awards are for the Business and the Citizen of the Year. The winners of each category are presented at the annual Chamber banquet. This year's banquet will be held on Thursday, April 21st.
The awards are based on recognition from others, activities to support the community
and businesses, and actions that help to further the city of Hueytown along with the surrounding area.
Please help recognize those that have worked hard for the community and business. You do not have to be a Chamber member to submit an application. Applications for both the Citizen and Business of the Year may be obtained by contacting Rebecca at 205 491 8039. They can be returned in person or through the mail. Completed applications are due by April 1, 2011.
